If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please let us know by emailing office@clcsthelens.org.uk

Our tickets are tiered in price to offer options for different levels of income.

We don’t want cost to be a barrier to anyone and have allotted some sponsored places, please speak to a church leader or email office@clcsthelens.org.uk to organise these.

We are offering pre-ordered lunch bags when booking your tickets.

Alternatively, there are a number of cafe’s and supermarkets locally that you are welcome to access during the breaks.

We are looking to organise host families for our international church connections. If you would require hosting for the conference, please let us know by choosing the yes option when booking.

We cannot guarantee this as an option, but we will endeavour to find a host family for everyone who requests this.

We’re blessed to have an on-site parking, but you may want to arrive early to make sure you get a space. There are also disabled parking spaces and our building is fully accessible to people with disabilities.

If you can’t get a space, there is a small car park next to the carpet shop on Oxford Street.

Please be mindful of parking outside our neighbours housing. There is permit only parking restrictions in place during the week. While permit only parking is not in effect on Sundays, we do not want to create parking issues for our neighbours.
